At MNT Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges only - we do not provide refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • The product has not been altered, cut, dyed, or styled
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Exchangeable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or installed
  • Products that have been cut, colored, bleached, or chemically treated
  • Products that have been styled with heat tools
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred replacement
  • Attach photos of the product in its original packaging

Step 2: Approval

  • Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  • Once approved, we'll provide you with exchange instructions and a return address

Step 3: Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • MNT Beauty is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Step 4: Receive Your Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your exchange within 3-5 business days
  • Your replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage

We will cover return shipping costs for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items sent by MNT Beauty

Exchange Limitations

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we'll offer an alternative product of equal or greater value
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted
  • Exchanges must be for products of equal or greater value (you pay the difference if applicable)

No Refunds
